Silicon flexible realistic molds of real people or similar for facial design then skin head to toe attaching to muscles that can be replaced 

The skin & realistic muscle compounds & textures have to match a human like combination with an air compression blood flow equivlance

With an AI FleshBot Humanoid Robot specific features within the human body are not required lowering part requirements for equivlance yet the same muscle - strength ratio
