I do not smoke mariajuana - cannibis yet know how to grow anything as a scientist... literally anything that had or does exist

As a teenager or early adult under 25 I allowed for controlled environment experimental options with neuro-science yet now I do not as I like to be sober & be energized & healthy rather than not

Ages 10-25 were different & under 30 yet ages 30-39/40 (as I am 40 in 2025) invloves sober 95% of the time or 99% of the time with light alcohol as a want to live past 100 years of age between all natural disaster & hazards or man-made variables to dodge in daily life 

My biological parents are age 70 & 72 (born 1953 & 1955) retired between 2012-2016. The NB-OT Labs did something wrong to them between the 1990's-2015 & between 2016-2025 I counter that effort while isolating them in a safe separate life connected to my brother & specifics

Should employees hired short or long term then as temporary workers + contract be given their co-workers resume & age details with a summary so they know who they are working with socially them knowledge - skill + ability for performance &;social respect variables?
