Devices stored in individual rooms locked & controlled access or disconnected when not in use

Subject candidates legal rep & team can enter & connect with the lab legal rep & team then those approved to operate on any form of a 24 hour rotation with guests & volunteers

The subject candidate & their legal rep + team have to agree & can access 24/7

Devices can be used for different purpose with opt in or law-court order with a health board

Valid daily - weekly - monthly - quarterly audits 

Normal - light detention not detention or execution practices 


SECURITY & SAFETY 

Advanced 24 hour security surveillance

All natural & man-made disaster + hazards monitored 

An escape plan with equivalent options in other areas 


TECHNOLOGY FOCUS 

Full body permanent or detachable neurological technology if not brain cjipping
