The spare room has to be rented for $650-700 per month to subsidize Dan C

$400 or less per month included the paid off SUV insurance (120-200)  maintenance (85) grey Honda CRV (2013)

Dan C require Ontario Works or Disability until he is working & someone to cover half or more of the $1100 for his rent at his townhouse (up to $650-700) for a room then shared use of washroom & kitchen then living space 

Dan C needs to keep a roommate that is compatible with his gaming lifestyle & outings with family 

OPTIONS FOR DAN C

Room for 2-4 roommates $650-700 for one roommate or $367.00 each for 3 roommates or less with more at 2.5% increase annual et only one parking stall (potential options at 50%). $275 each with 4 roommates 

Basement room - Can rent for 1-2 people 

Upstairs room - Can rent for 1-2 people

We are going to ensure Dan C has safe roommates that align with so he can keep his townhouse & SUV long-term on Wicks read Avenue past 2035-2040 as it works for him
